In this film Lightning McQueen the starring voiced by Owen Wilson and tow truck Mater will be heading to japan and to Europe and they will be having a competition for the World Grand Prix. But somehow Mater was sidetracked with international espionage. This movie Cars 2 was announced in 2008 along with Up, Newt, and Brave. And for this this is the 12th animated film from the studio.
